This EVP was recorded by the east walls. This area, back in 1836, would have been where heavy casualties were inflicted on the Mexican soldiers. Ken asks in Spanish, “como esta” and an immediate response of “good” was recorded.

Maria asks, “Davy…Davy Crockett, you still here?” A male voice responses indiscernibly at first and at 13 seconds (listen carefully because of the birds) the name Davy Crockett is spoken. No alteration has been done to this recording. We don’t know what caused the garbly sound during this section of the recording. The rest of the session was clear.

I had just walked back to the camera and was reviewing the photos when a male voice is heard asking “can I see it?” During this session, there was no one else in the cemetery. This cemetery dates back to the 1800s.

According to historical records, during the late 1700s to early 1800s, this was the site of multiple battles depending on its occupancy between French, Spanish, British and Native Americans. During this EVP session, adults were setting up a birthday party some distance from us. At no time did we hear any gunshots or similar sounds.
